individuals upon the request of the Coroner;
-water rescue and recovery;
-farm accident rescue;
-search and rescue missions for any lost or missing person,
-downed or missing aircraft, or missing disaster victim
-rescue of persons from collapsed buildings and structures,
within
the capabilities of the Squad
-disaster-related rescue services
-technical rope rescue
-emergency medical first response, upon the request of an EMS agency
-traffic and crowd control at the scene of any emergency,
as needed or requested by a law enforcement agency or officer
